Where Hylope Is Available
Hylope is available in most countries. In a few places it can't be offered at all, and in some others a handful of models aren't available.
We tell where you are from your internet connection each time you sign in, pay or generate. We use it only to apply the limits on this page, and we don't store it.
Where Hylope Is Not Offered
Hylope isn't offered in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. The payment service and the AI providers Hylope relies on can't serve these places, most of them because of international sanctions. Signing up, signing in, paying and generating are turned off there.
If we can't tell which country you're connecting from, for example over Tor, we can't let you sign in or generate until we can.
Models That Aren’t Available Everywhere
Some providers' terms limit where their models may be used. In those places the model shows as “Not in your country” in Hylope and can't be selected. The places below are in addition to the ones where Hylope isn't offered at all.

A few features run on these providers too: the prompt tools (improve, translate, fix grammar) and voice input. Where none of the providers behind a feature is available, the feature is turned off.
VPNs and Proxies
Our Terms of Service don't allow using a VPN, proxy or Tor to get around these limits. They come from the law and from our providers' terms, which bind the people who use Hylope as well as us.
