Upscale adds Wonder 3.5 from Topaz for images, with an Enhancement Level of Low, Medium or High. Wonder 3 now uses the same three levels. Bloom Creative and Bloom Realism are no longer offered.
For video, Starlight Fast 3 is now the recommended Starlight model, with detail comparable to Starlight Precise 2.6 up to 4K. Starlight Precise 2.5 and Sharp are no longer offered.
Topaz video upscales are now charged what Topaz bills for each job, instead of the top of its estimate.
