Interface tour

The header, the app switcher, the Create layout, the lightbox and the Shelf.

Hylope keeps the same header in every app. The app switcher changes the tool you are using; the project and workspace selectors change which work you are looking at.

The header

Inside Create

Create is laid out the same way in every mode:

  • Inputs, on the left: the slots the mode needs, such as a source image, references or a start frame. Drag in files, pick from the gallery, or load a key asset.
  • Mode tabs, across the top: Image, Image Edit, Video, Video Edit, Upscale, Avatar, Swap, Previz, Music and Voice.
  • The working area, in the center: your input and the results of the current run.
  • The prompt bar, below it: the prompt, the output settings (ratio, size, count, seed) and Generate with its credit cost.
  • Settings, on the right: the model card and the options that model supports.
  • Recent results, along the bottom, with shortcuts to the full gallery (G) and your references.

The lightbox

Click any asset, in any app, to open it in the lightbox. It shows the asset large, with the prompt, the model, the settings, the snippets it used and the cost.

  • ← → move between assets, Esc closes.
  • L opens the lineage: everything this asset was made from, and what was made from it.
  • V shows its variations, C compares it with another version.
  • R reloads its settings into Create, so you can make a new version.
  • Send to passes it to another mode, such as Image Edit, Video or Upscale. Quick Edit edits it in place: crop, adjust, draw, or change part of it with AI.

To look at an asset without opening anything, hover it and press Space for a quick look. Press P on a hovered asset to see its direct parents.

The Shelf

The Shelf holds assets you want to keep at hand while you move between apps, for the current project. Drop an asset on it from any gallery, then:

  • drag it into an input slot in Create,
  • compare two or more items side by side,
  • make a collage from several images or videos in Compose,
  • download everything on it at once.
